1. 100-Day Return Window
We offer a generous 100-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your proof of purchase.
2. Our Return Request Process
To ensure your request is handled correctly, please do not send your product back to us before contacting our support team.
To begin, email us at support@upegy.com with the following four items:
- Your full name and order number.
- Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order details).
- The reason for your return.
- To help us assess the issue quickly, please include clear photos of both sides of the defective product.
Important: If your request does not include all four required items, it may cause delays or, in some cases, be denied. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.
3. Exchanges
We only process exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or size). For these specific cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the funds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be aware that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
5. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
