At Upegy, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s how we handle your orders from the moment you place them until they arrive at your door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to both the United States and the United Kingdom. Stay tuned—more locations may be coming soon!

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process your orders as fast as possible:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM (EST) usually ship the same or next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day

2. Shipping Time & Method

After processing, your order ships with reliable standard methods:

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and season

3. Our Shipping Partners

We team up with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to make sure your Upegy gear arrives safe and sound.

4. Shipping Cost

  • Flat Rate: $6.99 for all U.S. orders
  • No surprise fees — what you see is what you pay!

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Make sure your shipping address is 100% correct before confirming your order!

We can’t be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by wrong or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong place due to customer error
  • Items sent back to us because of invalid addresses

If your package is returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address:

  • You’ll need to pay a re-shipping fee to get it sent out again
  • Unclaimed items after 30 days may be disposed of with no refund issued

6. Lost or Missing Packages

Once the carrier marks your package as “delivered,” it’s considered successfully handed over. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • Items forwarded or redirected as per customer requests

If your tracking shows your package hasn’t arrived or has been in transit for over 15 business days:

  • Contact us with your order number
  • We’ll investigate with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund

7. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey from our door to yours.
