Cancellations & Exchanges
We understand that plans can change. This policy is designed to help you cancel an order or exchange a product as smoothly as possible.
1. Order Cancellation & Modifications
If you've changed your mind, you can cancel your order for a full refund or request a modification (e.g., size, color) within 12 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation or modification, please email us as soon as possible at support@upegy.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear request.
- If your request is within the 12-hour window and your order has not packaging stage, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 7 business days.
- Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed or is in production, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it.
2. Updating a Shipping Address
If your order has entered production but has not yet shipped, you may still be able to change the shipping address.
Please email us immediately at support@upegy.com. We'll do our best to update the information before your order leaves our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any further changes.
3. Exchanges
We only process exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., you received the wrong item or size).
