1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We require 1 business day to process and prepare your item for shipment. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day.

2. What shipping options do you offer and how long will delivery take?

We offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) and Express Shipping (3-5 business days) via USPS and FedEx.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations or modifications are not possible if the order has entered production.

4. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 100-day return window for eligible items in original condition.

5. How can I request a return or exchange?

Contact our support team at support@upegy.com with your order details, proof of purchase, reason for return, and photos of the product.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

7. Is my payment information securely handled?

Yes, all transactions are secured with SSL encryption, and we do not store credit card details on our servers.

8. Do you ship to locations outside the 48 contiguous United States?

Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
